Trouble reaching a diagnosis

I’m having difficulty figuring out what I have…. My symptoms are some discomfort when peeing, once some light coloured discharge, sometimes slight soreness in my balls/groin. Maybe more urgency to pee and with sometimes a little cloudiness in my urine. The symptoms have been on and off for 2 weeks or so.

I’ve been tested for Gonnorhea, Chlamydia, Trycomoniasis, Mycoplasma within the past few days and all were negative, and earlier in the month (dec 10) i had my routine panel including bloodwork for HIV and Syphilis.

Do i just have a UTI? Or could it be something else?

Hello. I recommend a visit to your urologist if possible. I have had a UTI in the past and it was started probably from dehydration due to not drinking enough water. I was having some burning and pain when urinating for a day or so until one evening I had the urge to pee and could only squirt pure blood. I went to the ER at 11PM that night and was given antibiotics and I followed up with a visit to my urologist and was given additional treatment with several additional medications. For days after, I cringed every time I needed to piss because the pain in the tip of my penis was awful along with burning. It was my first and hopefully my last. My opinion is...and I am an old man, not a doctor...if you are experiencing pain in the groin area and discharge, that is not something to mess around with and wait. Let us know the outcome of your diagnosis. I wish you well. Happy holidays. Cheers! :)
