I mean in theory Rooster could require two-factor authentication the first time an account logs in on a new machine. So the DIK laptop would be much easier to hack if you had ready access to it.

I think it's pretty clear that whoever was ultimately responsible, the Cathy-cluck was a group effort. There's no one entity that would a) have a way to get the picture of Cathy, b) have access to the DIKs Rooster account and c) want to stir up trouble between the DIKs and Cathy/B&R.
That's a good point! On the other hand, besides the HOTs, the new pledges aren't really identifiable characters so it would be weird to pin this on them.

It was problematic decision. I bound with Maya on my main (NEUTRAL) path and Maya is as well only one CHICK possibility of the three choices. So I had to decide between sex with Sarah and dance with Sage on DICK path and so sex won over dance.
Tommy wasn't in the library, that was Nick, the DIK who lost his brother. He actually tells you a little about Vinny in the scene. I don't think it was Tommy, but the game do try to raise the possibility with him leaving the scene when Josy shows up.
My mistake, but I think Nick is a prime candidate then. Perhaps he was the real reason his ‘brother’ left. the main reason Tommy is under suspicion is that he may be trying to get rid of rusty so that his plans with Quinn can move Forward. maybe he figures he’ll get removed From the Frat like Chad
Maybe, Nick was where the "murder weapon" was found, but, he did have a good reason to be there, and he seems really shaken by his brother having left college. We will probably learn more about him after joining the DIKs.
